Who am I?
I am an Albanian native, I come from the capital of Albania, from Tirana. I graduated from high school and university in the Czech Republic. In 2014 I completed a university degree in International European and Economic Studies at New York University in Prague and in 2008 an MBA in Finance and Banking.


For this reason, I also offer and provide ad hoc interpreting and translation of the English language.


Since November 2000, I have been working as a court interpreter of the Albanian language.


In addition to interpreting and translation, I have been involved with the Albanian language and the history and development of the Albanian nation in the Balkans for a long time, where I have been working at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague.

Experiences

I have been working as a court interpreter of the Albanian language since November 2000.

I have extensive experience in interpreting and translation for various government agencies, in total I have performed more than 5,000 official translation and interpreting services in various fields and levels.

I repeatedly have been interpreting at the highest level for the private and state sector, such as corporate meetings of major companies or foreign state visits, ministerial and presidential meetings in the Czech Republic and abroad.

At the same time, I normally interpret and translate documents needed for everyday life matters, such as weddings, driving school examinations, doctor’s visits, or when dealing with state authorities and authorities, such as proceedings before the Foreign Police, social office, labor office.

I passed the State Special Translation and Interpreting Examination in the Czech Language.

I have signed Interpreter and Translator Liability Insurance with Generali pojišťovna, a.s.

With the amendment of the Act on Interpreters, I will continue to work as a court translator and court interpreter according to Act No. 354/2019 Coll.
